虽然第十一代酷睿采用的依旧是10nm工艺，但它却引入了全新的“SuperFin”晶体管技术，江湖人称“10nm+”，较之10代10nm工艺提升了15%的性能，综合表现已经不逊于台积电成熟的7nm。
2、全新的CPU微架构
第十一代酷睿将CPU微架构从10代Ice Lake平台的Sunny Cove升级为Willow Cove，在SuperFin晶体管技术的帮助下，最高主频可以达到4.8GHz。作为对比，上代Ice Lake的最高主频只有3.9GHz。
3、全新的GPU核心
第十一代酷睿首发Xe架构的核芯显卡，隶属于低功耗版Xe LP，相比十代核显不仅执行单元数量最多增加了50%，底层架构也进行了优化升级，FP16、FP32浮点性能可提升84%，还首次加入了INT8整数处理能力，性能高达8.29TOPS。
4、支持内存的规格
第十一代酷睿现在可以搭配DDR4-3200或LPDDR4/4X-4266内存，未来还将支持全新的LPDDR5-5400内存标准，而十代酷睿支持频率最高为DDR4-3200。
5、PCIe和usb接口
十一代酷睿新平台原生支持PCIe 4.0、USB4和雷电4，其中PCIe 4.0可以用于独显或SSD，而十代酷睿仅支持pci3.0和usb3.1。
